Fund Florida Forever

Florida Forever is at risk. Proposed state budgets would eliminate or severely restrict funding for Florida’s premier land conservation program, threatening public lands and access.

Conservation Lands Bill

During the 2026 Florida legislative session, 1,190 messages were sent to lawmakers in support of SB 546 and HB 441. This bill was signed into law and adds stronger protections to state forests and wildlife management areas. 

Oppose ESA Amendment Act (HR 1897) & 404 Bypass  

After 1,436 messages were sent to Florida’s congressional delegation in opposition, the bill was pulled from floor consideration, helping ensure these protections remain in place.

Stop the Dredge

In a major shift, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has withdrawn its state permit application for the Port Everglades deep dredge project. This marks the most significant progress in years of advocacy to protect Florida’s coral reefs, water quality, and coastal communities.
